Q : Should I buy different tickets for day 1 & day 2 of the conference?
A : Yes. Day 1 and Day 2 are two separate tickets. Day 1 is Workshop, ticket price is 500 INR. Day 2 is the Main Conference, ticket price is 800 INR.
Q : Can I attend Workshop I and Workshop II?
A : Workshop I and II are parallel tracks; only one workshop can be chosen.
Q : What are prerequisite for workshop?
A : Knowledge of python and computer are necessary. Specific libraries and other prerequisite for workshop will be sent via email before the workshop..
Q : Is food available at the Venue?
A : Yes food will be provided as part of the conference, please check the schedule for lunch & snack break timings.
Q : Why is the conference name not PyCon Hyderabad?
A : Each country should preferably have one PyCon Conference, so we decided to keep the name as PyConf. The objectives, community & Python, everything remains same. :)
Q : Who is the target audience for the conference?
A : This conference is primarily targeted towards working professionals who want to learn, explore, share & connect. Students are also welcome at the conference.
Q : I have issues with ticket payment whom should I contact?
A : Yes, Students get a 20% discount on Conference(Day 2) ticket. Apply code PYCONFSTUDENT2017 at the Checkout page. Valid ID card is necessary for availing discount.
Q : I am a student and I purchased a ticket, can I still avail student discount?
A : No, the coupon has to be applied before purchasing of the ticket.
Q : I don't have student ID card, to get the student discount which ID card needs to be shown at the registration desk?
A : A college ID card from a recognised university is a must for availing student discount. We need to verify the same at the registration desk, else the difference will have to be paid at the registration desk for entry.
Q : I Want To Volunteer For The Conference. What Should I Do?

Q : I am a Speaker/Volunteer At The Conference. Do I Need To Buy A Ticket?
A : Yes. At PyConf, everybody buys tickets. Even the event organizers buy tickets. Your ticket helps keep the event affordable for all.
