PyConf Hyderabad 2022 is the regional gathering of Pythonistas and the largest Python Conference in Hyderabad.This is the 4th Edition of the Conference which is going to be held on Dec 10th & 11th at EPAM Systems & T-hub phase 2 respectively

PyConf Hyderabad will have 2 major events Conference, and Workshops.

Workshops will be held on 10th December at EPAM Systems, Hyderabad Office. On the workshop day, people can attend hands-on workshops, and learn about a topic from an expert.

Conference will be held on 11th Dec at T-Hub Phase-2,Hyderabad. On the conference days, people connect with each other, discuss their experiences and present their ideas.

Talks is where people do a 25 min talk, on a topic. These talks are selected through a CFP process, before the event. There will be only one track this time, where presentations will happen.

Lightning talks are rapid 5 min presentations, that is presented to the entire conference crowd, a great way to get a message across to the entire audience.

Sponsor Stalls are where you can meet companies supporting the conference. These companies use Python and are looking for Python developers. You can visit their stalls to get to know more about them, and the openings in their organization.

Conference Ticket gives you full day access to all events on the Conference Day on 11th Dec.

Question: Who are the organisers of PyConf Hyderabad 2022 and how can I reach them?
Answer: PyConf Hyderabad is organised by HydPy, the Hyderabad Python Users Group. You can reach them by dropping an email to contact@hydpy.org or mention them in their Twitter handle.

Question: Where can I find updates for PyConf Hyderabad 2022 ?
Answer: All official announcements regarding PyConf Hyderabad 2022 will be made from the @pyconfhyd Twitter Handle. There is also the @hydPython which is the official Twitter Handle of HydPy where we will also post the updates.

Question: I want to present a talk/workshop at the conference. What should I do?
Answer: Call for Proposals is now open. Please visit the CFP page to submit your talk/workshop.

Question: I want to volunteer for the conference. What should I do?
Answer: Check out the Volunteer Page to know about the roles and responsibilities. Fill the volunteer form and subscribe to the HydPy mailing listfor updates.

Question: I am a speaker/volunteer at the conference. Do I need to buy a ticket?
Answer: Yes. At PyConf, everybody buys tickets. Even the event organizers buy tickets. Your ticket helps keep the event affordable for all. However, we might decide on giving free tickets to selected speakers.

Question: What does the Conference ticket (11th Dec) include ?
Answer: Full day access to all Talks and Keynote, Lunch, Tea and Snacks, T-shirt and goodies

Question: What does the Workshop ticket (10th Dec) include ?
Answer: Access to any Workshop for the full day. Attendee can attend any workshop of choice. Lunch, Tea and Snacks included. T-shirt is not provided to those who only attend Workshop.

Question: Can I switch between Workshops ?
Answer: Yes you can switch between Workshops. But seats in each Workshop is limited and is available on First Come, First Serve basis..

Question: There is a change in my plan so I can’t attend the conference. Can I get a refund?
Answer: Yes, tickets can be cancelled, please send us an email at contact@hydpy.org.

Question: Is accommodation included in the ticket?
Answer: No, it doesn’t include accommodation.
